Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 sausages, coarse, such as Salsiccia
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g pasta of your choice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Put a pot of hot water on the boil, add plenty of salt, and bring it to a boil. Once it’s boiling, add the pasta. Put a pan with a little olive oil on the stove and heat it up to a high heat. Cut open the sausage casing and press small balls of the filling into the pan. While the filling is frying in the pan and becoming crispy, chop the garlic, thyme, and chili. Reduce the heat slightly and add the chili and garlic to the pan. Sweat everything briefly. Then add the cream and vegetable stock. Now all you have to do is season everything with thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon. Feel free to over-season the mixture, as the pasta will absorb a lot of the flavor. Then add the pasta to the pan and toss everything well.
