Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pasta of your choice
  • 40 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • 200 ml cream, lactose-free
  • 100 ml milk, lactose-free
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • Serrano ham
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

lactose-free

Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt. Add the pasta and cook for 7-9 minutes, depending on the type of pasta. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onions and garlic, and fry briefly. Add the flour and fry briefly until creamy. Deglaze with cream, milk, and white wine and bring to a boil briefly. Add the Gorgonzola a little at a time and simmer. Make sure to stir regularly, as otherwise the sauce can burn quickly. Add salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Now it’s time to serve. Either mix the pasta with the Gorgonzola sauce beforehand and place on a plate, or add the pasta first and then the sauce. Briefly fry the ham in a separate pan and then place it on top of the pasta or on the side of the plate. This looks very chic.
