Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Vodka

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 30 g Butter
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Vodka
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Dill chopped (if any)

Instructions
 

  • Vacation kitchen can be narrow gauge. However, this does not necessarily mean compromising on quality and taste.
  • Cook the spaghetti in well-salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Shortly before pouring the spaghetti off, remove half a cup of the cooking water.
  • Drain the spaghetti and put it back in the saucepan. Mix in the sour cream, butter and salmon. Add some of the cooking water and fold in the vodka. Salt, pepper and add the dill and mix well. Finished.
