  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chili flakes, ground

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, skim off some of the pasta water and set aside. Finely dice the onion and garlic clove, and chop the sun-dried tomatoes. In a pan, fry the minced meat until crumbly and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the onion and garlic and fry until the onions are translucent. Then add the sun-dried tomatoes, adding a little oil from the tomatoes to the pan if desired. Add the spinach to the pan and let it thaw over low heat. Then add the pasta water and cream cheese to the remaining ingredients in the pan and mix well. Season everything with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Mix everything with the pasta. Variations: Serve the dish as a casserole dish, then top with mozzarella. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it into the sauce. Omit the sun-dried tomatoes/garlic cloves. For a vegetarian version, prepare without the minced meat.
