Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 250 ml broth
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta. Melt the butter and add the flour. Add all the other ingredients. Drain the pasta, transfer it to a plate, and add the sauce.
