Pasta with Tuna

The perfect pasta with tuna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Gabelletti by Buitoni
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Can Tuna fillets 150 g drained weight
  • 1 Can Tomatoes finely chopped 400 g
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 0,5 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Cooking cream
  • 2 Strong pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 Strong pinches of colored pepper from the mill
  • Creme fraiche Cheese
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water (1 teaspoon) according to the instructions on the package and drain. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Clean, wash and dice the chilli pepper. Heat olive oil (1 tbsp) in a pan and fry / stir-fry the garlic clove cubes and chilli pepper cubes. Add the tomatoes (can) and cook / simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the tuna and cook / simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with sugar (1 teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches and cooking cream (4 tablespoons). Add the noodles and carefully fold in. Pasta with tuna with Serve a dollop of crème fraîche.
