delicious stew

Place the peas in the pressure cooker, cover with plenty of water, and let it swell overnight. Add the chopped potatoes. Clean and chop the soup vegetables, then add them. Carefully wash and add the lovage leaves. Add the vegetable stock powder, pepper, salt, and chopped meat. Stir. Bring to a boil in the pot. Carefully remove the foam. Cover and wait for 1 minute until steam is released continuously. Set the handle to the highest setting. Wait until the pin is completely out (2nd ring). Cook for 10 minutes, keeping the pin on the 2nd ring. Transfer to a cold stovetop to allow the steam to release. Open the pressure cooker and stir everything well. Mash everything a little more with a potato masher, if desired.
