Pea Soup
The perfect pea soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 kilogram Frozen peas
- 7 small Potato
- 4 teaspoon Delicacy broth
- 5 Sausages
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 2 teaspoon Marjoram
- Put the peas in a saucepan and pour hot water over them. Wash the potatoes, cut into small cubes, add to the peas and fold in. Add the delicacy broth and stir in. Now simmer everything over a low heat until the peas and potatoes are soft. Now puree everything and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Cut the sausages into thin slices, add them and let them steep briefly.
