Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, cold
  • 200 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cans peach(s), slices, 825 g each
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Drain the peaches well and place them in a baking dish. Combine the butter, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon and knead into crumbles. This can be done using the dough hook of a hand mixer or by hand. Spread the crumbles over the peaches. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the crumbles are golden brown. The finished crumble can also be reheated later in the oven at 150°C.
