Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g peach(s)
  • 400 g kiwi(s)
  • 200 g white wine
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 1:2

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and slice the kiwi. Peel and slice the peaches as well, also cutting them into small pieces. Place the chopped fruit and wine in a blender and blend for about 3 minutes. Bring the fruit back to a boil and add the preserving sugar. Stir in well and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Ladle the jam into jars. Turn them upside down for five minutes, then turn them upside down and let them cool.
