Turkey breast, baked with vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g broccoli
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 250 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 250 g cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean, wash, and chop the vegetables. Blanch for 5 minutes, then drain. Cut the turkey breast into thin slices, brush with mustard, and sear. Season with salt and pepper. Season the vegetables as well. Place the meat and vegetables in a baking dish. Mix the crème fraîche, cream, and grated cheese, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the vegetables/meat. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
