Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large peach(s)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tbsp strawberries, pureed or raspberry puree
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Pour boiling water over the fresh peach, let it steep for 3 minutes, then peel off the skin. Halve the peach, remove the stones, and lightly steam it in sugar water. Cool and drain the peach halves, then arrange them on top of the vanilla ice cream. Pour over the strawberry or raspberry puree and garnish with whipped cream.
