Peach – Raspberry – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g peach(s)
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 kg gelling sugar 1:1
  • some citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Stone and skin the peaches. Cut into cubes of any size. Sort the raspberries. Mix with the gelling sugar and citric acid and let stand for at least 4 hours. If desired, you can briefly puree everything again with a hand blender. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring and simmer for about 4 minutes. While still hot, pour into clean jars and seal immediately.
