Peach yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n peach(s) (drained weight 480 g)
  • 400 ml mango-flavored yogurt
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
  • 1 small lemon(s), untreated, zest and juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

fresh and fruity

Drain the peaches and puree thoroughly. Stir in all other ingredients and chill thoroughly. Freeze in an ice cream maker for about 20-30 minutes.
