Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g peanut butter
  • 100 ml cream
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • n. B. Salt (pyramid salt)
  • n. B. Peanuts, caramelized

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Gently heat the peanut butter, cream, and sugar in a saucepan until well combined. Remove from heat and stir in the mascarpone until smooth. Garnish with caramelized peanuts, if desired, and sprinkle with pyramid salt.
