Peanut cake with icing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 125 g peanut butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g flour, sifted
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • possibly milk
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Sift together the flour and baking powder, then mix in three portions. If the batter is too dry, stir in 3-6 tablespoons of milk. Pour the batter into a greased 20 cm pan and bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for 50-60 minutes. Stir together all the ingredients for the icing and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 1 minute. Spread the icing over the cake.
