Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g peanuts, weighed with shell
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 200 ml oil
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g white chocolate coating
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Fat for the mold

Peel and roughly chop the peanuts. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease the Bundt cake pan. Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy, then stir in the peanut butter. Add the oil and buttermilk. Quickly mix in 200g of chopped peanuts and the flour with the baking powder. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake the cake in the oven at 180°C for 50-60 minutes. For the glaze, melt the chocolate coating and coconut oil in a water bath. Stir in the peanut butter and spread it over the cooled cake. Spread the remaining chopped peanuts over the glaze.
