Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 175 g peanut butter with pieces
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 can peanuts, salted (200 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes about 50 – 60 cookies

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Knead the butter, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and flour into a dough, either using the dough hook on a mixer or by hand. Finally, knead in the salted peanuts. Chill the dough for about 20-30 minutes. Then form small balls, flatten them slightly, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them. Bake at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes.
