very simple but delicious

Peel and press the garlic, then place it back on a cutting board and flatten it with a large paring knife. Despite the garlic, the peanut and teriyaki flavor should be prominent. Then weigh all the ingredients and combine them with the garlic in a mixing bowl. Be careful with the smoky flavor, as flavors vary in strength, and smoky isn’t to everyone’s taste. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator. It tastes fantastic with grilled poultry.
