Pear and persimmon mousseline

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 persimmons
  • 2 small pears or 1 large pear
  • 60 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the persimmons and remove the stems. Core the pears. Chop the fruit and cook in water for about 10 minutes. Then puree everything and strain if necessary.
