- 1,500 g plum(s)
- 500 g gelling sugar 3:1
- 15 g cinnamon powder
- 100 ml red wine, strong
- 1 pinch(s) citric acid

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Stone and cut the fruit into eighths. Place in a saucepan, add the remaining ingredients, and let it steep for a few hours. Puree the fruit with a hand blender. Heat everything gently and bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a whisk. Boil gently for about 4-5 minutes. (Follow the instructions on the gelling sugar packet.) Test for set with a metal spoon. If the jam has set sufficiently, pour it into jars and seal them.
