Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 300 g flour, type 405
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g sugar
- 175 ml milk
- 250 g pudding (chocolate)
- 2 bulb(s)
- some dark chocolate coating
- 125 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat oven to 175°C. Peel, core, and cut the pears into small pieces. Beat the egg with the sugar and butter until fluffy. Combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir the flour mixture alternately with the milk into the egg, sugar, and butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate pudding. Fold in the pear pieces. Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper baking cups. Drop the batter into the muffins using tablespoons. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, melt the dark chocolate coating and coat the muffins with it.
