Pear on coconut curd with roasted almonds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 200 g quark
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • n. B. sugar
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the pear, core it, and slice it into thin strips. Mix the quark with coconut milk and sugar until smooth. First, pour the quark cream into bowls. Then add the pears and finally the almond pieces.
