Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g penne
- 50 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 150 g salami or chorizo (if you like it spicier)
- 4 tbsp milk
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 125 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp basil (frozen)
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 20 g butter
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Italian cuisine in the wok
Cook the penne in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain through a sieve and set aside. Heat the sunflower oil in a wok. Add the salami and sun-dried tomatoes. Add the butter and deglaze with vegetable stock. Add milk (or use crème fraîche) and bring to a boil briefly. Now add the penne and stir in. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and basil before serving.
