Peppa's ham pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g ham, gourmet (light), diced
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • cream
  • pepper
  • Parsley (flat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Ham, zucchini and sour cream sauce

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, lightly sauté the onion and ham, then add the diced zucchini and fry. Pour in a little of the pasta water (about 10 tablespoons) and add the sour cream. If the sauce isn’t thick enough, add a splash of cream and season well with pepper. Let it reduce slightly. Then add the pasta and the diced feta and mix well. Serve on plates and garnish with some freshly chopped parsley. This recipe was just created using up leftovers.
