Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small onion(s), mild
- 1 tsp oil (garlic oil)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (frozen or fresh)
- salt and pepper
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash the bell peppers and roughly dice them. Wash the tomatoes and then cut them into eighths. Peel the onion and dice very finely. Combine everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Combine the garlic oil, vinegar, and a little water. Add salt, pepper, and herbs, and pour over the bell pepper and tomato mixture in the bowl. Let it sit for a while (about half an hour), then mix thoroughly and serve. Serve with crusty baguette slices.
