Pepper Butter

The perfect pepper butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Room temperature butter
  • 2 tbsp Ajvar
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 0,5 bunch Leaf parsley
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon zest
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Sea-Salt
  1. Put the room temperature butter together with the ajvar in a bowl. Finely chop the spring onion and add. Also finely chop the parsley and add the lemon zest. Finely grate the clove of garlic. Season with salt and pepper and then work it well with a fork into a homogeneous mass and then fill it.
  2. Tastes great on bread or meat. The butter is also ideal for freezing in portions.
