Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the peppers, remove the stems, and remove the ribs and seeds. Cut the peppers into small pieces and add the finely diced onion. Mix the oil, vinegar, and salt together to make a marinade and pour over the peppers and onions. Mix everything well and let it marinate. Enjoy!
