Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp strawberry vinegar, alternatively raspberry vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ onion(s), red
- Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- 1 thin spring onion(s)
- 150 g strawberries
- some basil leaves

Combine the oil, vinegar, and lime juice in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Peel and finely dice half the onion, and mix it into the dressing. Deseed both bell peppers, remove the white pith, and cut into very thin strips. Add them to the bowl along with the finely sliced spring onions. Add the hulled and finely chopped strawberries to the bowl. Add the finely sliced basil and gently fold everything in. Season to taste, arrange in a bowl, garnish, and serve. 265 kcal per serving.
