Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 ml Sharon fruit (persimmon), pureed
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, real
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 40 g cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla sugar with the Sharon fruit puree and milk until lump-free. Bring to a boil in a saucepan while stirring, then pour into molds. Let cool, then turn out and serve.
