Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 fish fillets (plaice fillets)
- 70 g pesto (basil)
- 20 g cheese (Pecorino)
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pat the plaice fillets dry, season with salt and pepper. Then briefly fry them on both sides in a pan with a little oil. Place the plaice fillets in a buttered baking dish. Mix the pesto with the pecorino and spread evenly over the fillets. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the fillets for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and a green salad!
