Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 50 g pistachios
  • a little oil for the mold
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Herbs of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Light dish, easy to cook!

Place the thawed salmon fillet (or fresh) in a baking dish lightly greased with a little oil, season with salt and pepper. Then, in a jar, combine the honey (I use cloudy honey) and mustard. Add dill or other herbs if desired, but it tastes great without. Shell the pistachios and finely chop them with a knife. Spread the honey-mustard mixture over the fish and sprinkle with the pistachios. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. This depends on the oven and the fish; it’s best to check every 15 minutes.
