Chocolate cakes with a liquid center

Melt the chocolate and then add the butter, stirring until a homogeneous, smooth, and glossy sauce forms. Now beat the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until frothy. Slowly add the chocolate sauce to the eggs. Stir until the eggs and chocolate sauce are combined. Sift in the flour. Grease small baking pans (preferably muffin pans) with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Preheat oven to 250°C and bake for about 7-10 minutes. It’s best to test the baking time first to determine the exact time. The petit gâteau should be firm on the outside and runny on the inside. Serve the petit gâteau warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
