Rice – Vegetables – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g rice
  • 250 g smoked pork
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g spring onions
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 75 g mayonnaise (salad cream)
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the rice. Cut the smoked pork into large cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for 5 minutes. Slice the spring onions into rings, halve the tomatoes, and drain the corn. Mix the yogurt, salad dressing, and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix the smoked pork, rice, corn, tomatoes, and spring onions with the dressing.
