Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- ½ cup cereal (oat pops)
- n. B. coconut drink
- e.g. walnut kernels
- some chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- grapes
- ½ apples
- 1 banana(s)
- ½ pear(s)
- some flaxseed
- some raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the oats into a bowl. Grind some of the oat pops and add the rest to the oats. Add the coconut milk. Stir in the honey and add the previously chopped fruit and walnuts. Garnish with chia seeds and flax seeds.
