Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 potatoes, depending on size
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Maggi
  • n. B. garlic
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

are ideal as a side dish for schnitzel or for grilling

Cut the potatoes into small cubes (leave the skin on). Place the cubes in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. Let the mixture sit for about half an hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C. Then cook the potatoes in the oven for about 15 minutes.
