Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 pieces of pork tongue, fresh
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 juniper berries, crushed in a mortar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s) to taste.

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pork tongue with caper sauce
Cook the pork tongue with all the ingredients in a pressure cooker until tender, about 30 minutes. Slice the tongue. Use the broth to make a caper sauce (in my recipes) and let the tongue slices simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
