  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil (germ oil)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Mix the quark, milk, and germ oil with the sugar thoroughly. Stir in half the flour and baking powder, then knead in the remaining flour. Roll out a portion of the well-kneaded dough and use a glass to cut out two circles for each head. Cut out another smaller circle using a shot glass. Cut one of the large circles in half, place the other on the baking sheet as the head, arrange the two halves as the ears, and attach the small circle as the nose. Add the eyes with the sugar pearls or raisins and carefully pierce two small nostrils with a toothpick or similar tool. Bake for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
