  • 250 g Flour
  • 200 g Margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 1 packet Lemon peel flavor
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 100 g Splintered almonds
  • 50 g Currants
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 100 g Lemon peel
  • 100 g Orange peel
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  1. Make a smooth dough from flour, margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, lemon peel aroma, cinnamon and milk. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Put two teaspoons on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at approx. 180 ° for approx. 20-25 minutes. Let cool down, dust with icing sugar.
