Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 cl white rum
  • 5 cl Cream of Coconut
  • 5 cl pineapple juice
  • 1 cl cream
  • Ice (Crushed Ice)
  • 2 ice cubes
  • ¼ slice(s) pineapple
  • 1 cocktail cherry(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Long drink with rum, sweet for the summer party

Shake the ingredients in a shaker with two ice cubes. Add crushed ice to the glass and strain the drink without the ice cubes. Place the pineapple and cherry with stickers over the rim of the glass. Serve in a highball glass.
