Ulmer's sour cream dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • 1 pack of herbs, frozen 8-herb mix, or fresh herbs
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious with grilled meat or boiled potatoes

Mix all ingredients together and season with ketchup and granulated stock. You can vary the herbs as desired. You can also use herb sour cream, which is also very tasty.
