Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 pineapples
- 250 g coconut pulp, fresh
- 2 limes
- 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1
Instructions

5 glasses of 400ml each
Peel, quarter, and core the pineapple (approx. 1 kg), then dice and roughly puree. Finely grate 250 g of coconut flesh and mix with the pineapple puree, lime juice, and preserving sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for about 4 minutes. Pour the jam into hot, rinsed jars up to the rim and seal tightly. Place the jars on their lids for 10 minutes, then turn them upside down and let them cool.
