Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese, 0.2%
- 300 g yogurt, 0.1%
- 1 pineapple, fresh
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of gelatin (instant gelatin), for 500 ml
- 30 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g coffee cream, 10%
- n. B. Sweetener, liquid
- some brittle
- some rum, brown
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 20 minutes
with coconut flakes, a dream
Blend cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla sugar, sweetener, rum, and coffee cream. Gradually add gelatin and continue blending to ensure the gelatin dissolves completely. Then sprinkle in the desiccated coconut and blend. Cut the pineapple into pieces (reserving any juice and adding it to the mixture). Layer the pineapple into large glasses, sprinkle with brittle and top with a few more pineapple pieces. Refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours, but preferably overnight.
