Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter grapefruit juice, (pink grapefruit juice)
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
- 1 shot of vanilla syrup or 1 vanilla pod
- 1 ¼ kg gelling sugar 2:1

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes
with pink grapefruit juice
Combine juice, Prosecco, and vanilla syrup in a tall saucepan. Stir in the gelling sugar and bring to a boil. Remove some of the foam. After 3-4 minutes, test for settling, then pour into jars and seal. I made about 13 small jars, each holding about 200 ml.
