Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 16 fish fingers
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 80 g remoulade
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ small cucumber(s)
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 8 lettuce leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly toast the buns in the oven, then cut them open. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish sticks. Slice the onions into small rings, coat them in flour, and then fry them in a second pan until golden brown. Mix the mustard, dill, sugar, and remoulade sauce into a sauce and season with lemon juice. Brush all burger halves with this sauce. Slice the cucumber and tomato. Top each bottom burger half with a lettuce leaf, some of the onions, 2 fish sticks, and a slice of cucumber and tomato each. Fold the burger halves together and serve.
