Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • ½ cm ginger root
  • ½ red chili pepper(s)
  • ½ lime(s), juice
  • 50 ml white rum
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Ice, crushed
  • mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a fruity taste experience

Rinse and finely chop the strawberries, ginger root, and chili pepper. Blend thoroughly in a blender along with the remaining ingredients (except for the crushed ice). Then pour into glasses and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with a few mint leaves and serve ice-cold. For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with soda water.
