Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough, ready, with
  • 1 jar tomato sauce
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
  • 1 pack of chicken breast fillet(s), frozen, cut into strips
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 300 g broccoli, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with chicken strips, broccoli and hollandaise sauce

Defrost the broccoli in the microwave and steam it slightly. Defrost the chicken breast strips as well. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce on top and arrange the broccoli florets and chicken strips on top. Then pour the hollandaise sauce evenly over it. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and spread it on top. Bake according to the package instructions for the pizza dough.
