Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
  • 350 ml water, warm
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 small onions, red
  • 100g salami
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for Ultra 2l

Mix the yeast with flour and spices in an airtight bowl (e.g., a Tupperware B11). Add the finely diced onions, salami and grated cheese. Make a well in the flour mixture and lightly mix the tomato paste with the warm water. Close the bowl and shake vigorously. Knead the dough a little more, if necessary. Without letting it rise, pour it into a lightly greased 2-liter baking dish. Cover and bake on the middle rack at 200 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour, or even 1 1/4 hours. Serve the bread warm with a little butter, perhaps with salad and a dip.
