Pizza dough – quick and easy

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The only thing that’s really important for this recipe is lukewarm to warm (not hot!) water. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a mixer. Remove from the bowl and knead briefly by hand again. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. The dough is ready and ready to be used for classic pizza, calzone, piccolini, or pizza bread.
