Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 4 g yeast, fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 10 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Italian recipe, crispy thin base, enough for 3 or 4 round pizzas or a baking tray

The dough is enough for 3 or 4 round pizzas or one baking sheet. Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly for at least 5 minutes. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes. Then divide into 3-4 portions, each of which is shaped into a ball. Now you can start rolling out and topping. The dough is suitable for any further processing – whether in the oven (220°C, approx. 15-20 mins.), on a pizza stone (250°C, approx. 10-15 mins.), or in an electric frying pan (level 3, first side 3 mins., then turn, top, and another 3 mins. on the other side). Serve immediately. I got the recipe from an Italian friend.
